Three people hospitalised after two-car crash on south Dublin road

Three people were hospitalised after a crash in south Dublin in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The crash happened on the Nangor Road in Clondalkin at around 12:30am.

Two cars were involved in the collision and firefighters and paramedics rushed to the scene.

Three people were treated at the scene and were later taken to hospital.

Thankfully, their injuries are not life threatening.

Dublin Fire Brigade said on Twitter on Saturday: "Firefighter/Paramedics from Tallaght and Dolphins Barn were called to a two car RTC in Clondalkin overnight.

"Three patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries."

Dublin Live has contacted An Garda Siochana for comment.
