Three new driving laws starting in April, including road tax change and new charges

Three new driving rules are coming into force on April 1 and will affect drivers across the UK.

The new changes follow updated rules in March including number plate changes, Highway Code Updates and Clean Air Zones, reports the Mirror.

These paved the way for the new changes which kicked in as of April 1. We have gathered all the new rules in 2023 that drivers should know what look out for.
