Three named in county lines drug dealing investigation

Three men have been named after being charged following an investigation into the supply of heroin and cocaine.

Officers from Cheshire Police's Serious and Organised Crime Unit have named three people they have charged following an investigation into the supply of class A drugs in Crewe and Sandbach from Merseyside.

Jake Floyd, 30, of HMP Oakwood, Staffordshire, Aaron Dodd, 31, of HMP Altcourse, Liverpool, and Robbie Hart, 28, of HMP Wymott, Lancashire, were charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs. They are next set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 22.

The three men being charged follows searches at ten homes in Crewe, Sandbach and Merseyside, which resulted in eight people being remanded into custody.

The defendants included Merold Earl Stennett, 43, of Peter Place, Crewe, William Gooley, 38, of Hankey Drive, Bootle, Shadat Kogolo, 27, of Long Beam Road, Sandbach, Russel Schofield, 32, of Pelican Close, Crewe, Alexander Sinclaire, 26, of Hungerford Road, Crewe, Daley Smith, 33, of Summer Drive, Sandbach, William Sutherland, 61, of Edmonton Close, Liverpool and Andrew Williams, 38, Chirkdale Street, Liverpool.

The charges relate to alleged county lines drug dealing between Cheshire and Merseyside.
