Millions of Sky TV customers may be missing out on three handy features, including ways to keep their children safe online.
The broadcaster's devices let TV fans record their favourite shows and, once one programme is set to be recorded, a series link will be created.
This means every episode in that series will be recorded – but this isn't always ideal as you might not want to watch each and every episode.
