Tragedy struck in Owenton, Kentucky, when a medical helicopter crashed while en route to pick up a patient, resulting in the loss of three crew members. The incident occurred near state Highway 22 on Monday evening, as reported by Kentucky State Police.
The helicopter, operated by Air Evac Lifeteam, was carrying three personnel who tragically lost their lives in the crash. The victims were identified as Gale Alleman, Bethany Aicken, and James Welsh.
