Hopes are growing that some of Ireland's Covid restrictions could be eased as early as Monday.
Green Party leader Eamon Ryan has said he expects some measures to be lifted next week, with the 8pm pub curfew "first to go".
However, it is not yet known if the industry will be allowed to return to normal trading hours.
NPHET is due to meet on Thursday ahead of giving updated advice on restrictions to Health Minister Stephen Donnelly.
And while it is expected that a return to offices, the lifting of the 8pm curfew on pubs and sporting crowds will all be addressed, there are some things that will remain in place.
Here's the Covid health advice and restrictions that are unlikely to be changed any time soon.
Mask wearing in indoor spaces
Until the virus is essentially eradicated, expect mask-wearing to be a thing in indoor spaces like shopping centres and on public transport.
Recently, Dr Tony Holohan explained his reasoning behind calling for medical grade or FFP2 masks are to be used by any confirmed case, close contact or symptomatic person over the age of 13, as well as over 60s or vulnerable people in crowded settings.
He said: "This latest guidance places an increased emphasis on the use by cases and close contacts of higher-grade face masks, as opposed to cloth masks."
Digital Covid Cert for international travel
While Leo Varadkar has hinted that the digital Covid cert may no longer be required for access to the likes of cinemas, restaurants and sporting events, you'll probably still need it at airports.
That's because it is an EU-wide ruling which introduced the certs in the first place. Unless there is a change agreed for the entire continent, Ireland won't be stepping out of line.
Self-isolation when symptomatic
This is the "number one" rule when it comes to public health advice and it is likely to remain that way as long as Covid remains a threat.
It is the simplest advice to follow too, with NPHET consistent in their declarations - if you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, reduce as much contact as you physically can.
