Three Liverpool homes linked to criminality and drugs have been closed down.
The three private rented properties - in the Anfield and Picton areas of the city - have been boarded up and shut down in a joint operation between Merseyside Police and Liverpool City Council.
Liverpool Council has shared images of the two properties on its social media, which it said had been causing "misery" for neighbours and the local communities.

The images show the three terraced houses with boarded up doors and windows and yellow notices in the windows. In a tweet, the council said: "Anti-social behaviour and criminality linked to these privately rented properties in Anfield and Picton made life a misery for the local community. We worked with Merseyside Police to close them down as part of our commitment to making our communities safer."
The council told the ECHO that all three properties had been linked to drugs. A spokesperson said: "All three properties were linked to the use and supply of Class A drugs. The chaotic lives of the tenants were having a detrimental impact on the lives of people living and working in the area.
"In each case our private sector housing team collated evidence and worked with the community policing team and landlords to secure closure orders. If people are experiencing similar issues they should report it to us through our website at liverpool.gov.uk or by calling 0800 707 6245.”
