A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after three children were "stabbed" in a house. A woman had also suffered wounds from a bladed weapon, West Yorkshire Police confirmed.
Police were called to Walpole Road in Huddersfield just after 8am on Monday. They were alerted by the ambulance service which told them there was a "concern for safety".
The three children - all understood to be under the age of seven - and a woman were found at the property. All four were "seriously injured" according to the police.
