A three-bedroom house has went on the market for £80,000 - although any potential buyer will need a strong stomach to tackle the mess inside.
The modestly priced property in Llandudno, Wales is in desperate need of some serious TLC, with each room filthier than the next, North Wales Live reports.
Photos on the Zoopla listing, expected to go to auction on March 31, show the extent of the run-down interior with piles of rubbish and thick layer of dirt covering the floor and surfaces.
One bedroom even has several cans of Stella Artois as a bedside feature which, if you're lucky, could come as an added bonus with the property sale.
The house listing has been shared on social media with a lot of people commenting on its condition.
However, estate agents Allsop has reassured potential buyers that the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed.
With a large rear garden, the property is situated on the north west side of Maesdu Road, to the south west of its junction with Ffordd Las.
It comes complete with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two reception rooms and a very cluttered Kitchen.
Mess inside shows stacks of paper in one corner of the room, a dirty unmade bed and a mould-ridden toilet.
Overflowing shelves and filthy countertops feature in the outdated kitchen, with dirty dishes piled high at the sink.
The back garden is in a similar state to the rest of the property with rubbish and bags strewn across the overgrown outdoor area.
Whoever takes on the property will need some serious elbow grease - and a strong stomach.
Allsop auctions say the property will be open for viewing every Monday and Wednesday before the auction but strongly encourage that all viewers wear a face mask and gloves when viewing the property.
They also ask people not to visit if displaying symptoms of coronavirus.
The three bed end of terrace house is located overlooking the large Llandudno Rugby Field and stands only minutes away from the A470 giving direct links to the A55 expressway and has an extensive range of local shops and amenities are available within the coastal town of Llandudno.
Most of the similar sales in surrounding areas have previously sold with the average price of £180,000 over the last year.
