A three-bedroom house is on sale for a hugely discounted price - but the person who buys it will have a huge job on their hands.
The semi-detached property is up for auction with a guiding price of £32,000, but it's in need of a lot of tender loving care, as climbing plants have engulfed the front of the house.
The new owners will need to deal with damp, and a jaded interior of the house in Skewen, Wales.
Incidentally, it's situated in the home village of singer Bonnie Tyler.
Angie Davey, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions said: "The front is encased in climbers and inside the ceiling is jacked up in various places.
"Paint is peeling and wallpaper is hanging from the walls. Having said all this there is real potential in this large, semi-detached home.
"Make no mistake, this is a major renovation project but with money and imagination it could be turned into a lovely family home after a complete refurbishment."
The home is currently vacant, although images showed the state of disrepair it's fallen into.
There is a dated kitchen, stained walls and bathroom fittings.
A modest garden at the back of the property is currently inaccessible due to the number of wildly overgrown plants.
Agents highlighted its large attic, which they said could be renovated subject to planning permission.
As for the location, Skewen, within the borough of Neath Port Talbot, is a popular spot for families.
It features a train station nearby, with services running to Swansea and Cardiff every few hours.
The industrial village has a rich history, and features the ruins of Neath Abbey monastery, as well as an ancient standing stone known as Carreg Bica.
According to Rightmove, the average house price in the region is £156,703, which is a lot more than a typical fixer-upper is due to fetch.
It would be the perfect project for someone with knowledge of how to restore the house, and who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
For a taste of Welsh village living, the home will be offered for sale by Paul Fosh Auctions on Tuesday August 30, with a guide price of £32,000 and a minimum bid amount of £29,000.
