Thousands are expected to pack the beaches as a week of hot temperatures is on the cards, peaking at 23C.
Although we’re heading into a long stretch of sunny spells and dry weather, forecasters are urging the public not to put their umbrellas away just yet.
Today, temperatures will hit up to 23C with warm sunshine and a light breeze around the country.

The north-west will be cloudy in the evening with some patchy rain.
The evening will also be mild with temperatures down into the single digits.
Tomorrow there will be some scattered outbreaks of rain in the morning, but things will brighten up in the afternoon.
Temperatures are set to reach as high as 21C in parts.
Wednesday will be mostly dry, but there will also be a mix of cloud and sunny spells with some isolated showers in the morning and early afternoon.
Highs will be 16C to 21C, and the coolest area will be in the north-west.
On Thursday temperatures will be between 17C and 23 C and Leinster will be the warmest area.
Friday will remain warm in the east of the country, but rain will come in from the Atlantic to bring cooler unsettled weather and some showers.
Met Eireann forecaster Aoife Kealy told the Irish Mirror we will “feel the heat” this week.
She said: “Temperatures will generally be in the high teens and 20s in some spots, so it is not a bad week at all ahead, there also be a few light showers and some patchy rain too.
“There will be good dry and sunny spells, and in any sunshine, the winds will be light so it will feel quite warm.”
Meanwhile, people didn’t need soaring temperatures to enjoy the Body and Soul Festival in Westmeath which rocked over the weekend. Thosands of fans packed in, with Roisin Murphy headlining.
And there was more partying at the Stoneybatter Family Fun Day Festival in Stoneybatter & Manor Street, Dublin.
