Hundreds of thousands of Londoners are set to face huge council tax hikes as the Government seeks to redistribute funding to northern areas.
Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth, Westminster and the City of London, as well as Windsor and Maidenhead, will see the largest cuts under new local authority funding settlements announced on Wednesday.
