Inspired by Brisbane Broncos star Reece Walsh's grand-final heroics, Red Bull ace Will Brown hurt his ankle ahead of the Bathurst 1000 playing touch football.

But Brown isn't the only Supercars racer under an injury cloud, with championship leader Broc Feeney managing a back complaint ahead of Sunday's marathon six-hour, 161-lap race at Mount Panorama.
