Those in self-isolation get green light to go shopping

A new government advisory now allows people who are self-isolating with the novel coronavirus to got outside, with caveats.

Such infected people are now allowed to go out to shop for groceries for short periods of time as long as conditions are met, such as the wearing of masks.
