A wedding guest who was at Thornton Manor when a fire ripped through the hotel said she "just wants answers" after the dramatic blaze.
The guest, who attended a wedding at the hotel in Thornton Hough, Wirral, on February 5, claimed there has been a lack of communication from the venue in the days following the devastating fire.
New images and footage seen by the ECHO revealed the extent of the damage to the hotel - with debris from the roof covering the floors of the historic property.

One guest who attended the wedding on Saturday night, who asked not to be named, said people were evacuated into the hotel grounds as the blaze took hold.
The 34-year-old, from Bootle, claimed "the lack of communication [from the hotel] has been shocking" and guests "just want answers".
She claimed guests have received an email from the hotel thanking them for their stay and saying they are valued customers - but she claimed the communication did not mention the fire.
The guest said: "We've just had no communication from them.
"People have rang the hotel and had no answer. The lack of communication has been shocking.
"No one has got in contact to ask if we're okay or give any information about the fire.
"It's personally really affected my mental health.
"We just want some answers and we're not getting them."
The ECHO previously contacted Thornton Manor and was told the hotel would be contacting all guests in the coming days.
Josh Griffiths, general manager at the Thornton Manor Estate : "We will endeavour to contact all our brides, grooms and event organisers as soon as possible.
"Finally, we would like to thank everyone for all their support and patience during this difficult time."
The ECHO also approached Thornton Manor for comment in relation to this story.
The wedding guest said the day was "lovely" but it was "terrifying" when they realised the extent of the fire.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service called the fire a "challenging incident" as fire crews battled the fire through the night and into Sunday.
A spokesperson has since said investigations into the fire are underway.
Incident Commander Ben Ryder, from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, said: "Firefighters worked relentlessly night and day throughout the weekend to ensure the fire was fully extinguished and I would like to express my thanks to them for their persistence and determination.
"Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service remains at the scene and a full investigation is being carried out."
