Thor Bjornsson has encouraged fans to "stay tuned" as he teases a return to the boxing ring.
Bjornsson made his professional boxing debut when he outpointed strongman rival Eddie Hall earlier this year. He recently admitted he was struggling to stay motivated without a new fight date and has lost weight as a result.
Several options exist for Bjornsson's next fight including a rematch with Hall and a battle with British strongman Martyn Ford. He has now hinted at a ring return posting a video on Instagram of himself throwing punches, with the caption: "Man on a mission. Stay tuned." He can be seen looking in good shape while running on the treadmill with a stern look on his face.
Bjornsson impressed during his victory over Hall having recovered from an early scare to drop his bitter rival twice en-route to victory. Hall immediately vowed to pursue a rematch after the final bell and had a tattoo inked to fulfil their pre-fight wager in a bid to boost his chances.
However the Icelandic star admitted he is first more interested in pursuing other fights before taking on Hall. And the 33-year-old is willing to make his rival wait two years before rekindling their feud. "I got a bit confused in your video because you said that 'I will get the tattoo if you sign the rematch clause' well you lost the fight and you are supposed to get the tattoo," Bjornsson said on his YouTube channel when responding to a video from Hall.
"If you really want that rematch then I am willing to give you it but I am not signing that contract. I would love that maybe in a year or two years me and Eddie can fight again. But fighting right now again I don't think is the right choice, I think fighting in a year or two is something that can be more exciting."

Bjornsson is looking to make a career out of fighting after having a hugely successful camp with coach Billy Nelson in the UK. Fans frequently suggest that Bjornsson should next challenge fellow strongman Ford, who is also good friends with long-term rival Hall.
Ford was set to make his boxing debut against Iranian Hulk earlier this year but the fight was shelved due to concern for his opponent's mental health. However he has now admitted he is open to facing Bjornsson on his debut claiming the fight is perfect in all aspects.
"I think that is the fight people want to see as it offers the whole package.," Ford said of the potential fight. "They have to have the celebrity, bring the numbers to the table and it also has to be a similar level, size and background. Me and Thor would be perfect. It makes sense on so many levels. It would be a phenomenal opportunity and if I beat him I would get respect."
