Thomas Tuchel has not ruled out picking Manchester City players for his England squad if the club are relegated after they were found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules.
It was confirmed on Tuesday that an independent commission had found the club had arranged “sham contracts” to circumvent financial regulations between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 seasons, ruling them guilty of nearly all of the 115 charges against them.
