Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has already outlined his views for five substitutions to be allowed in the Premier League once again.
According to a report from The Athletic on Friday afternoon, the International Football Association Board (IFAB) is set to hold its annual meeting next month and the option to make up to five substitutes during a match is apparently about to be given the green light once again.
The rule was brought into action during the Premier League's 'Project Restart' to try and help players deal with the congested fixture schedule - and there have been calls for it to be reintroduced.
