Thomas Partey accidently spelt Arsenal wrong in an Instagram story ahead of his team's win against Leeds at the Emirates on Saturday afternoon.
The Ghana international, 29, recovered from a knock to start Arsenal's 4-1 triumph. Gabriel Jesus scored a brace in his first Premier League start for nearly five months, while defender Ben White and Partey's central midfield partner Granit Xhaka also found the net.
As many footballers do these days, Partey posted a graphic on his Instagram story to preview Saturday afternoon's big game in London. Yet the midfielder, or whoever made the image, dropped a big howler when they called Mikel Arteta's team "Arsernal".
Partey and his advisors failed to notice the mistake and the story remained on his official Instagram account, which boasts 1.2million followers, until Sunday morning.
Despite the embarrassing mishap, Partey would've been a happy man on Saturday evening thanks to Arsenal's victory. The result leaves them eight points clear of Manchester City in second having played a game more. Pep Guardiola's side also won on Saturday afternoon, as they thumped Liverpool 4-1 at the Etihad to keep the pressure on.
Arsenal are aiming to end their 19-year wait for a Premier League title this season. Although they are in a great position, Arteta's side still have to go to Newcaste, Man City and Liverpool before the end of the campaign. They also have a home game against Chelsea.

Despite Arsenal's tough run in, Arteta has urged his players to enjoy the title race. He told reporters, "[We need to] just enjoy the moment that we are in.
"We have nine games to go but [on Monday] we have a training session that is going to enable us to be better as a team, and if we go through the journey day by day, when the game comes we are in a state of mind and you are really looking forward to it.
"You have oxygen to grab instead of gasping, and we just want that energy and belief. We go to the next target and we go for it."
Saturday afternoon's game wasn't as comfortable as the result suggests. Leeds seemed the most likely to score until Jesus won a penalty by bamboozling defender Luke Ayling. The Brazilian stepped up and scored from the spot. White doubled Arsenal's advantage after the break before Jesus made it 3-0.
Rasmus Kristensen pulled a goal back for the visitors, but Xhaka's header ended the contest. Arteta told the BBC, "They made it tricky for us. We lost the ball in bad areas to a team that put four really fast players than run in transitions. After, we took control of the game and we're really good in the boxes today."
Arteta added, "I am so happy for him [Jesus] after all the work from him and the staff throughout the last five months. Today, he got rewarded for that. A lovely header [from Xhaka]. The timing and the ball in. He has the capacity to do that."
