Thomas Partey faces several Arsenal transfer exit options as huge £157m 'offer' revealed

Arsenal are facing a huge overhaul of their midfield departments this summer as a whole host of new stars look set to join the squad, with exits also on the cards for some of the more experienced members of the team. football.london understands that Declan Rice remains a top priority for the Gunners this summer to fulfill a central role.

While there have been reports of a move from rivals Manchester City, football.london understands talk of a bid are premature and if Arsenal were to match City, then Rice would prefer the move to the Emirates Stadium. While that's one potential incoming, another may be Kai Havertz.

The Germany international has been touted with a role as an advanced midfielder for the coming campaign as football.london understands the 24-year-old is set to undergo a medical this weekend before a £65million move is secure. There's also reports regarding a switch for Southampton youngster Romeo Lavia as one for the future too.

While those three stars could bolster the ranks, it means there could be some exits for other players as Granit Xhaka is expected to be the first to move on, with a deal agreed to join Bayer Leverkusen. There's rumours surrounding a move for Jorginho too, just six-months after joining from Chelsea.

Then there's Thomas Partey, who has often been leaned upon as a key player in the team, but could now be set for a move away, if a significant bid is received. One option could be to stay in Europe as Fabrizio Romano reports that Juventus are showing interest over a deal.

However, the journalist also claims that Saudi Arabian clubs are monitoring the situation, with bid worth €40million (£34million) being prepared. Elsewhere, other rumours have claimed that a move to the Saudi Pro League could see the Ghanaian international earn as much as £157million over a two-year contract.

It remains to be seen which of the options the 30-year-old may pick from, with a contract renewal at the Emirates Stadium appearing more unlikely.
