Arsenal duo Thomas Partey and Gabriel Magalhaes may have dropped a huge double team news hint ahead of their match against Crystal Palace on Friday. The Gunners will be hoping to get their campaign off to the best start possible with all three points over the Eagles.
Last season got off to a slower start, with three losses on the bounce putting Mikel Arteta's side firmly bottom of the league and under pressure. The Spaniard fought back and over the course of the year, got his squad in contention for a top four finish and a return to the Champions League.
However, a poor run of form towards the end saw the side just miss out to north London rivals Tottenham, finishing fifth by the final match. A similar feat to last summer had been put into motion shortly after, with clear changes set for the squad over the course of the transfer window.

The Gunners acted quickly to make five additions, spending over £100million in improving their quality and squad depth. Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabio Vieira were exciting signings for the current team, while Matt Turner and Marquinhos were added as potential for depth and the future.
Pre-season was very positive for Arteta and his men too. While results don't matter at this stage, they only suffered the one loss to Brentford with a heavily rotated side behind closed doors.
In front of a crowd, they showed everyone what they could be capable of, notching up an impressive 4-0 win over London rivals Chelsea as well as a 6-0 thrashing of Sevilla in the Emirates Cup final. When they travel to Selhurst though, it'll be for real, and the side Arteta has to choose will be crucial to how they start.
In the build-up to the game, two players may have dropped a huge hint over their involvement in the team. That is Partey and Gabriel, who both took to their Instagram stories to post a pre-match hype graphic ahead of the game, picturing them in front of all of the information for the game.
This could hint at their inclusion in the team, however it isn't guaranteed and it remains to be seen whether they will be chosen by Arteta when it comes to team news time.
