Thomas Muller believes the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid may go all the way to penalties.
And the Bayern Munich star is backing the Reds to come out on top and lift the club's seventh European Cup in the Stade de France.
Muller will have former Munich team-mates on either side tonight - Thiago Alcantara at Liverpool and David Alaba at Madrid.
And while the Germany international thinks the Reds are a better team, he cannot ignore the Spanish giants' history in the competition and their ability to push through against all the odds.
Muller told German outlet Tz : "I have the impression that Liverpool are better. But with what Real Madrid did recently in the league and Champions League, I wouldn’t write them off. I predict a 2-2 draw and Liverpool to win on penalties."
The Reds have history with penalties, especially in recent months, after they beat Chelsea in both the Carabao Cup final and FA Cup finals on spot-kicks.
