THOMAS Kerr’s attack on the Scottish Government for providing humanitarian funding for Palestine has been branded “small-minded racism”.

The Reform UK Scotland deputy leader lodged a Holyrood motion on July 28 criticising the £500,000 announced by the Scottish Government and called for all overseas funding to “cease”.
