THOMAS Kerr has been blasted after describing an area of Glasgow as a "ghetto" during a speech at Holyrood.

The row erupted after Reform UK's deputy Scottish leader shared a video of a speech in which he criticised multiculturalism and the impact he believes it has had on the Govanhill neighbourhood.
