Thomas Frank has admitted he has never thought about football as much as he has in trying to turn around Tottenham’s fortunes this season.

Frank retains the backing of Spurs’ board despite a damaging 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest last weekend, but was clear in his pre-match press conference that his side can’t run away from the reality of their situation.
