Thomas Frank makes major Arsenal admission amid Premier League title challenge with Man City

Arsenal Thomas Frank EPL Brentford Ben White Gunners Mikel Arteta Oleksandr Zinchenko Bees Brentford Arsenal

Despite sitting at the top of the Premier League table after six matches, Brentford boss Thomas Frank doesn't believe Arsenal have been the best team in the division so far this season. The Gunners make the trip to west London on Sunday for a 12pm kick-off at the Brentford Community Stadium.

Arsenal currently top the Premier League, one point clear of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, but Frank believes Pep Guardiola's side are still the best side in the division. However, the Bees head coach does believe that Arsenal have been the most impressive side in "spells" this term - just not on a consistent basis.

Saying that Arsenal are the second best team in the league is still a huge compliment from Frank, and shows the Gunners' drastic recent improvement under Mikel Arteta. Arsenal last visited Brentford on the opening day of last season, where the Bees made light work of the Gunners - who faced huge public criticism after the 2-0 defeat.
