The All-Ireland Senior Football and Hurling Championships get underway this weekend with some eagerly-anticipated battles across the country.
Tyrone begin the defence of their Ulster and All-Ireland crowns when they take on Fermanagh at Brewster Park on Saturday evening.
On Sunday, it is the turn of hurling Kingpins Limerick to enter the fray as they travel to Páirc Uí Chaomh to take Cork in last is a repeat of last season’s All-Ireland final.

The Joe McDonagh Cup also begins on Saturday with Antrim hosting Offaly at Corrigan Park while Down travel to Tralee to face Kerry.
Tyrone and Fermanagh also clash on Sunday in the Christy Ring Cup while Letterkenny hosts another all-Ulster battle between Donegal and Armagh.
There will also be considerable interest from the Orchard County when New York take on Sligo on Sunday night’s Connacht SFC quarter-final at Gaelic Park in the Bronx.
The Yeats County are managed by former Crossmaglen and Armagh star Tony McEntee while New York’s manager is Johnny McGeeney, who originally hails from Culloville in South Armagh.
