Comfort is of the utmost importance in the bedroom, but it can be difficult to achieve. A neutral color palette can feel pared-back and plain, while bright, bold colors often scare the coziness away. But in Studio McGee's latest reveal, a mountainside retreat nestled in Park City, Utah, founder Shea McGee found the perfect solution: a textured wallcovering.
By adding a deep charcoal grasscloth wallpaper to this primary suite's walls, Shea brought the space to a whole new level. Adding depth and visual interest to every square inch of the space, the wallpaper injects life into the room, meshing with the outdoor views without overtaking them. Luckily, Shea recently shared a bit more about the space in a YouTube video touring the whole home – this is what she had to say about the oh-so-cozy bedroom idea.
