The basics
From beach days and camping trips to picnics in the park and tailgating, there are so many situations the SOLI Canopy could improve. And since it weighs just 17 pounds and fits inside an included backpack tote, it can be brought along on just about any adventure.
Once the air canopy is set up (more on that below), it measures an impressive 10 by 10 feet in size, allowing about eight people to fit comfortably underneath it. Plus, it’s made from a durable UPF50+ material that blocks 98% of the sun’s UV rays — and it’s also water resistant. For added protection and privacy, zip-around shade walls are available that can be installed on any of the four sides.
The setup
It takes just one person to set up this air canopy. First, unroll the canopy on the ground. Then, connect the air pump and turn it on to inflate in just two minutes — it has a battery life that should be able to inflate it up to five times before needing to be recharged via USB. Eight ground stakes and four tether ropes are included to ensure that it doesn’t topple or blow over, though the unique aerodynamic dome shape is naturally wind resistant and the wide base provides extra stability.
The SOLI Canopy comes in four colors: ultra marine blue, heat wave orange, sage, and cool gray. Additional shade walls and mesh walls can also be purchased on the SOLI site (four can attach to the canopy at a time).
