Meet Bandit, a 4-year-old mixed-breed pup with a little bit of everything in the family tree: German Shepherd, Husky, Labrador Retriever and even a touch of Chow Chow. A woman named Carissa brought the shy rescue home from an overcrowded shelter and now shares the journey on the Instagram account. The happy ending, however, didn’t happen overnight. It took time, patience and plenty of love to turn a frightened shelter dog into the beaming, carefree companion fans know today.
