North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis is proving that he doesn’t give two hoots about what President Donald Trump says about him. On being asked by CNN’s Manu Raju during a press interaction what he has to say about Trump calling him a “loser”, Tillis said that he was “thrilled.”
Following the fatal shooting of intensive care nurse, Alex Pretti, in Minneapolis last week at the hands of ICE agents, a lot of Republicans who were otherwise supportive of Trump’s actions, including his approval of United States Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, have turned their backs against them.
