There’s something pretty damn weird about motorcycle gear when you really stop and think about it. We’ll obsess over dyno charts, argue endlessly about tire compounds, spend entire evenings watching suspension setup videos on YouTube, then casually drop a few hundred bucks on armor and just sort of... trust it. No test ride. No real-world demo. No dramatic reveal.
You literally just buy the thing, stuff it into your jacket, and hope it spends the next decade or so doing absolutely nothing. Because if your back protector ever has to prove its worth, there’s a very good chance your day has already gone catastrophically sideways.
