This Morning host Alison Hammond has a surprising link to Emmerdale.
The reveal came during Tuesday morning’s edition of the ITV lifestyle show. Discussing the latest goings on in Emmerdale with soap expert Sharon Marshall viewers heard Alison open up on her link to Lucy Pargeter. Alison told viewers she went to drama school with the Chas Dingle acting star.
Alison and Lucy both attended classes provided by Central Junior Television Workshop, which is an organisation that offers training for young people in performance skills for television, film, radio and theatre.

As OK! Reports, the workshops are open to anybody between the ages of seven and 21, entry is by an annual audition process. Several pupils from the drama school has gone on to have successful careers in the media industry.
Stars who found fame after the workshop experience include Samantha Morton, Jack O'Connell, Felicity Jones and Doctors fave Donnaleigh Bailey.
In Emmerdale, it looks like Chas won’t be set for a happy Christmas. Soap fans know she had an affair with Al Chapman with her cheating on husband Paddy.

Emmerdale boss Jane Hudson has previously told us: “We have Paddy and Chas who are absolutely pushed to the limit and in their worst place. This is because the affair has been discovered and they are forced to spend Christmas Day together - it does not go well.”
