Phillip Schofield couldn't resist cracking a joke at Ant and Dec's expense, ahead of Thursday's National Television Awards, with the This Morning star making a quip about the Geordie hosts' height.
The upcoming awards became a big talking point on the ITV daytime show on Tuesday, when Phillip and co-presenter Holly Willoughby were joined by Joel Dommett, who will be master of ceremonies for the delayed NTAs, when they take place in London later this week.
The ceremony was originally scheduled to happen last month, but they were swiftly postponed following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Ant and Dec will be going for a record 21st consecutive win in the Best Presenter category, a shortlist which neither Phillip and Holly are on this year, after being 'snubbed' by viewers in the public vote.

Their This Morning colleague Alison Hammond will battle it out with Ant and Dec for the accolade and Phillip seized the opportunity to have a cheeky dig at the I'm A Celebrity duo when Masked Dancer host Joel spoke about how he had to lift up a child star to reach the microphone as they took to the stage at last year's event.
Joel explained that Ant and Dec were the next stars to take to the stage at that point of the ceremony, to which Phillip replied: "No taller...same height," to which Joel told him: "I was so tempted Phillip to just wander in when they won the award and pick Dec up!"
As well as revelling in Phillip's joke about Ant and Dec, Joel teased some big name presenters for this year's NTAs, as well as performances from Sam Ryder and Lewis Capaldi.
