This Morning's Holly Willoughby absent from sofa after weekend of partying at Glastonbury Festival

Holly Willoughby is missing from This Morning today (June 26) after partying away at Glastonbury Festival this weekend. The long-time presenter, who joined the flagship show back in 2009, took a helicopter to the famous Somerset festival on Friday, just weeks after making her return to the sofa following the seemingly endless Phillip Schofield scandal.

Holly landed at Glastonbury with her husband, Dan Baldwin, and a few friends before letting her hair down over the weekend. The 42-year-old was then spotted on a "12 hour bender" with Abbey Clancey and Peter Crouch as she floated around Worthy Farm in a boho-style white dress, which she styled with black boots, oversized sunglasses and a black belt.

Today, as revellers continue to make their way home from Glastonbury after a showstopping weekend of music and sunshine, Holly is absent from the This Morning sofa. In her place, bubbly Bristolian Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle are presenting the show to viewers.

As the pair reflected on Sir Elton John's incredible Sunday night performance - his debut Glastonbury set and final ever UK show of his career - Craig informed viewers that Holly had the day off. "Now, Holly's off today, she'll be back tomorrow – we'll be here all morning," he said.

Holly reportedly had a blast with Abbey and Peter at Glastonbury over the weekend as they watched the Arctic Monkeys together, according to a fellow festivalgoer. A source told The Sun: "Holly seemed really close with Pete and Abbey.

"She was hugging them both and spent an hour dancing with Abbey during the Arctic Monkeys. No one recognised them, even though Pete stood out like a sore thumb because of his height."

Whilst Holly had access to the VIP Winnebago camping area, she was keen to get amongst the crowds, another festival attendee said. She reportedly made her way to The Rabbit Hole - a popular celebrity haunt at Glastonbury - on Friday night, partying until 2am amongst the likes of Princess Eugenie, Lily James, and Taron Egerton.

Holly may have been able to let her hair down after a stressful few months of speculation and scandal, her former co-star and ex-bestie Phil was not so lucky. The axed This Morning host, who stepped down from the show last month and admitted to engaging in an "unwise but not illegal" relationship with a much younger male ITV colleague, was mocked by revellers.

During Arctic Monkeys' set on Friday night, one audience member was spotted brandishing a flag, which had a picture of Phil, 61, clutching onto his vape during his interview with The Sun last month. The text on the bottom of the flag alluded to Phil's claim that his hands were "blistered" from huffing on his vape in the wake of the scandal.
