It was just like any other day on This Morning today (July 18) until Dermot O'Leary feelings bubbled over and an initially light-hearted bit of banter with co-host Alison Hammond turned sour. During the segment at around 10.30am, the duo - who always seem to get along so well - were commenting on old footage of Dermot presenting Big Brother spin off, Big Brother's Little Brother.
Alison appeared to be a big fan of the younger-looking Dermot. Commenting on his closely shaved haircut she said: "Look at you with a bald head, why don't you shave your head, look how fit you look."
Dermot replied: "Let's call my wife now and see if she'd like me to shave my head." This sparked some laughter from Alison and everything seemed OK, until she said: "You were so young, you were so good at that show."

For some reason, this struck a nerve in Dermot and he couldn't help himself despite the live daytime TV context. He said: "Just at that show?"
Dermot then raised his glass of water to the camera saying: "Such a b**ch."
A few naughty words have been known to slip out from time to time in ITV This Morning, but this one didn't seem too accidental, as Alison immediately apologised for the language and then glanced nervously to someone off camera.
No apology from Dermot came though as he just continued with his autocue script. Viewers were quick to react with one saying: "Have I got heatstroke or did Dermot call Alison a b**ch on thismorning. What just happened?!"
