This Morning's Craig Doyle 'panics' Holly Willoughby seconds into ITV show with live TV warning

Craig Doyle caused 'panic' amongst his This Morning colleagues, just seconds into the show on Monday, when he declared that 'under no circumstances' should he have been allowed on live TV.

As announced by their This Morning colleague Alison Hammond towards the end of Friday's show, Craig and Holly were back as the ITV programme's main presenting duo for the second week in a row, just as many viewers claim that they could be the 'best duo' for the daytime show going forward, as bosses search for a full time replacement to join Holly, in the wake of Phillip Schofield's controversial departure.

It took just moments of cameras rolling on Monday's This Morning, for the two presenters to address the fact that Monday, July 3, will see the seventh full moon of 2023, with the Buck Moon, being even more notable due to the fact its a super moon. Astrologers, including This Morning's regular expert Hagan Fox, are convinced that full moons, and particularly super moons, can lead to people experiencing significant behavioural changes and, homing in on that, Craig asked Holly what star sign she was.

After finding out she is Aquarius, Craig remarked: "Hagan Fox is in later, he'll verify all this," as Holly interrupted to quip: "Are you about to take his job?" Not put off by his co-host's interruption, Craig added: "I'm not an amateur Hagan here, but I think that means that you need a little more more you time; because you just need to need to relax."

Rather awkwardly, the camera then panned to again who commented: "That's it. You don't need me, my piece is finished."

Going onto what the full moon means for his own behaviour as a Sagittarius, Craig added: "I'm a Sagittarius, which means that I should not, under any circumstances, be allowed on live TV today," prompting Holly to react: "Oh good."
