This Morning's Alison Hammond wished well as she gets new job

Alison Hammond has revealed to fans she has bagged a new role, and it's something entirely different from This Morning.

The TV personality, 48, is to star in panto this Christmas, and she's very excited about it. Alison will appear in Jack and the Beanstalk at Birmingham's Hippdrome, alongside Matt Slack, Doreen Tipton and Andrew Ryan.

Sharing the news with her many Instagram followers on Wednesday, Alison said: "Now this is exciting!!! @brumhippodrome have asked if I would like to be in their panto this year in my home town of Brum.
