This Morning has confirmed who will host the ITV flagship daytime programme alongside Holly Willoughby. The 42-year-old has returned to present the show following the exit of Phillip Schofield.
Phil, 61, stepped down from his role on the daytime show on Saturday, May 20 following a rumoured rift with Holly and later quit ITV altogether after revealing he'd had an affair with a younger colleague. Following his departure, his co-star of 14 years Holly took a two-week break, returning on Monday, June 5 for the first time without Phil.
During both Phil and Holly's absences, Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary took the reins. The presenters usually only present the show on a Friday and during the holidays.
