Fashion weeks are often not as memorable as their invites. And luxury fashion label Balenciaga proved just that as it sent out the invites for their fashion showcase at Paris Fashion Week. While other labels sent out creatively designed invitation cards with various accessories, the Paris-based fashion brand stunned everyone by sending out smashed iPhones with Balenciaga labelling as its invites for their Autumn/Winter 2022 show.
According to a report published in Daily Mail, the brand sent out broken iPhone 6 phones engraved with the date and time of Balenciaga's show at Paris Fashion Week.
"Please find personalized information on the back of this phone. This is a genuine artifact from the year 2022," read the invitation. "It is nonfunctional and to be used for display purposes only. This document certifies that this device is, to the best of our knowledge, not artificially manufactured but made from years of use and later, neglect," it added.
People from the fashion fraternity, who received the out-of-the-box invite took to Twitter to share photos and videos displaying devices with cracked screens.

Interestingly, this is not the first time the brand has shocked fashion lovers with its invite, it has often hit headlines for its bizarre designs that cost a bomb.
