The latest batch of Epstein-related documents released by the DoJ includes a deeply troubling FBI intake report about Donald Trump. The unclassified report, dated Oct. 27, 2020, records an allegation of rape involving Trump, alongside Jeffrey Epstein.
The newly released FBI “Intake” report (Case ID: SOD-NY-3027571) is tied to the Epstein–Maxwell investigation from five years ago. It does not name the alleged victim or present conclusions. However, the detailed account provided to the FBI proves that allegations of rape against Trump were recorded during investigations. So, Trump was in the Epstein Files all along. And not in a good light.
According to the report, an unnamed individual contacted the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center to provide information related to Epstein-Maxwell. During the intake, the caller described conversations with a woman they had known years earlier. The FBI records that as the caller discussed their past interactions, the woman’s demeanor allegedly changed to “stone cold.” She stated, “He raped me.”
When asked who she was referring to, the document records her saying: “Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.” The report further notes that the woman described being taken into “a fancy hotel or building.” However, her identity, the location, and corroborating details are redacted.
The document proves Trump’s name is tied to rape and assault alongside Epstein
Elsewhere in the same intake, the FBI documents a separate account involving a limousine driver. He alleged that while driving Trump in the mid-1990s, he overheard a phone call in which Trump repeatedly mentioned “Jeffrey.” The driver also claimed that he made references to “abusing some girl,” alarming him so much that he considered pulling the car over.
Despite the document being concerning and disturbing, it’s critical to note that it was not a criminal charge. The document is only an official FBI record showing that a rape allegation involving Trump and Epstein was formally reported. It does not amount to a judicial finding or proof of Trump’s wrongdoing.
On the split side, Trump’s defenders have insisted for years that “there is nothing in the Epstein files” tying him to sexual abuse allegations. With the document in public view now, that claim has collapsed terribly. There is now a documented allegation of rape against Trump, recorded by the FBI itself. And it was sitting right inside the Epstein case file while his supporters and he claimed there was “nothing.”
The Department of Justice has described claims emerging from the document as “untrue and sensationalist.” Trump continues to deny any wrongdoing related to Epstein, and no charges related to this allegation have been filed. The victim has also not been publicly identified, making the document only a beginning of a conversation, not a conviction.
