If you've been thinking of picking up your first running watch, or making the switch to a Garmin device, this is the perfect time. Right now, the entry-level Garmin Forerunner 55 is available for just £135.99 at Amazon – a huge saving of 24% off the RRP, and the cheapest it's been this year.
The Forerunner 55 has long held a place in our roundups of the best Garmin watches and the best GPS watches thanks to its user-friendly interface, smart training tools that will help new runners start to see and measure improvements to their fitness, and extremely accurate GPS location tracking. Amazon Prime Day is fast approaching, but there's a good chance we won't see a better deal than this on the Forerunner 55, so it's not to be missed.
