Sane Mane will need to accept that competition for places has increased at Liverpool, particularly up front.
That's the view of former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson, who also felt that the Senegalese forward's position was not under immediate threat despite the arrival of Luis Diaz at Anfield.
Mane appeared to react angrily to being substituted for Diogo Jota in the 80th minute of Sunday's Carabao Cup Final at Wembley, with both Diaz and Mohamed Salah remaining on the pitch.

The African Cup of Nations winner was seen snatching for his coat as he took his seat back in technical area and ex-Spurs and Leeds United 'keeper Robinson believes Liverpool's attacking stars will simply have to accept that Jurgen Klopp now has more options to play with.
Speaking to Football Insider, Robinson said: “I don’t think it’s going to be a problem going forward. Players like Mane have to realise that rotation is necessary for a team to compete for the Champions League, Premier League and domestic cups.
“Mane has been outstanding this season. He does not have anything to worry about. Diaz has come in and he will play his part but he isn’t there to replace Mane.
“It has to be said though, [Roberto] Firmino, Mane and Salah are not guaranteed starters in the big games now that Jota and Diaz are there. Things have changed.
“That is something they will have to adapt to. It will not be a big issue though given the amount of games they have. It is an attitude change that has to happen.”
Liverpool have a condensed fixture schedule this month with six matches in 19 days, starting with Norwich City this evening in the FA Cup fifth round at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp is expected to heavily rotate his squad for tonight's cup clash after Sunday's Carabao Cup match went the full distance and with an important Premier League match against West Ham United on Saturday.
