Avon and Somerset Police have issued an appeal after thousands of pounds' worth of tools were stolen from a van. The valuable items were taken from a Ford Transit van parked at Cribbs Causeway on Wednesday afternoon (June 7).
The van had been parked at a DIY store when the theft took place at around 4.30pm. Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or who has been offered tools they suspect may have been stolen.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses after thousands of pounds worth of tools were stolen from a van. Officers are investigating after tools and equipment were stolen from a Ford Transit parked at Cribbs Causeway.

"The van was parked at B&Q car park, in Lysander Road, at around 4.30pm on Wednesday 7 June. If you saw anything, or have any information which could aid our investigation, please call 101 and quote reference 5223134410.
