Thiago Silva has already handed Chelsea a huge boost towards the signing of Neymar. The 31-year-old has been previously linked with a move to Stamford Bridge but, with the winger facing an uncertain future at Paris Saint-Germain, a transfer to west London could finally be on the cards.
According to Brazilian publication UOL, the French giants are eager to offload Neymar this summer in order to free up space on their wage bill. In fact, PSG are said to be so keen to sell the Brazil international that they would be willing to accept a 'significantly reduced' offer for his services.
The report adds that Neymar is aware of the Parisians' decision and is now pushing for an exit from Les Parc des Princes. The former Barcelona star has been subject to plenty of criticism from PSG supporters recently, with fans calling for him to leave from outside his residence.
