THG boss Matthew Moulding frees up cash to complete multimillion-pound charity donations

The boss of THG has freed up extra cash to help complete multimillion-pound charity donations.

Matthew Moulding's FIC Shareco Ltd has bought more than three million shares at a price of 82.44p from The Moulding Foundation.

The foundation has made the sale so it can complete the donation of £5m to Seashell Trust, a campus for children with complex needs, and £3.5m to projects addressing homelessness in Manchester.
