Police in Georgia arrested a man in the middle of a concert after he was caught on surveillance video shoving a boy off a bike and into a fountain.
Stephen Catterton was filmed on February 28 walking with two other people along Galambos Way in Sandy Springs when two children rode towards them on bikes. Catterton then proceeded to push one child into a fountain and another off his bike onto the floor.
