Most Denver Broncos fans seem to agree that the team’s best uniform arrangement would be their Color Rush uniform with white pants (thanks to Madden, we know what that would look like).
Unfortunately, NFL rules prevent teams from changing helmets during the season. So when the Broncos wear their Color Rush uniforms, they have to change out the sticker on their current helmet and the current blue doesn’t quite match the throwback look of the rest of uniform.
The solution? Rebranded uniforms!
Graphic artist Drew Kauffman (@KauffmanDrew on Twitter) updated the team’s throwback helmet logo and changed the color. The results are amazing:
Seriously, it doesn’t get any better than that, does it?
The complete uniform looks fantastic:
After fans campaigned for a change, Denver switched from blue jerseys to orange jerseys in 2012. Teams have to keep a uniform for five years before they are allowed to make changes again. That window has passed for the Broncos, so they could make revisions if they want to.
