Christmas will see gifts of new consoles and gadgets for homes up and down the country, which can wreak havoc on WiFi speed and signal, so to help households prepare for any chaos, the broadband firm has issued helpful tips and tricks to ensure speedy internet. And they say the kitchen is the one place you shouldn’t put your router.
The signal beamed out from the router can be easily interrupted by your kitchen appliances, the Express reports. The worst offender is the microwave which can bring your broadband to a shuddering halt.
