A plethora of charges have been authorized against the controversial internet personality, Andrew Tate by the U.K. Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The charges include rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking among other things.
Tate is currently facing similar charges in Romania and was held in prison three months before being placed under house arrest for another five in 2023. Until this year Tate and his brother Tristan had been prevented from leaving Romania by the authorities while the investigation was underway. However Andrew and Tristan were allowed to leave Romania after U.S. officials asked for the travel ban to be lifted.
